She is the author of the forthcoming Trustworthy, a guide for using content and design to foster trust, and Content Strategy at Work. Margot’s work in message architecture-driven content strategy shapes the communication of key tenets of the American Montessori Society, crisis response at Harvard University, and cultural tourism in the state of Nevada.
