Monika Piotrowicz is a UX director and front end developer working at Shopify. An advocate for close collaboration between design, development, and product, she's interested in how cross-discipline teams work together to build a more inclusive, useful web. At Shopify, she’s helped establish the front end development practice, has doubled team sizes several times over, and has helped build best practices for hiring, management, and career growth. She’s currently leading UX on Shopify’s International Growth Team.
