Matt Haughey is a veteran designer, developer, and founder currently wrangling words for everyone's favorite workplace communication app Slack. Over his nearly two decade career, he's helped catapult Blogger into the mainstream, helped launch and design Creative Commons, and built one of the first (and likely longest running) blog communities at MetaFilter (which includes Ask MetaFilter, MetaTalk, FanFare, and so on). Along the way he's built dozens of blogs, co-wrote three books, and has written numerous articles and essays about everything from introducing Adsense in blogging to complaining about his new Apple Watch.
