Her clients have included Thomson Reuters, WW Norton, Capgemini, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, and a grab-bag of content-savvy web and publishing startups.
Erin is the author of The Elements of Content Strategy (A Book Apart, 2011), a brief handbook for content strategy practitioners and everyone else who needs to create and manage useful content for real people.
As co-founder of Contents, a new magazine about content and publishing, she seeks to bridge gaps and strengthen connections between communicators and information-slingers from all over the online world. She lives in Brooklyn, speaks at content and web conferences worldwide, and blogs at Incisive.nu.
