AIGA’s Event Apart Podcast Series Begins

November 11, 2005

What is An Event Apart? What should attendees expect of it? What is standards-based design? Why should designers care about it?

AIGA, the professional organization for design, talks with the founders of An Event Apart in a weekly series of podcasts that begins today.

In the debut podcast, AIGA’s Liz Danzico asks Jeffrey Zeldman why An Event Apart? Why now? Who, exactly, is it for? What kinds of learning and interactivity are planned for the first Event Apart? Will each Event Apart be the same as all the others, or will they differ, and if so, how? Zeldman does his best to keep up.
